The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency has issued the official opening times for driving test and customer services centres over the festive period.
Here’s how it breaks down:
- Between 22-23 December, most driving test centres will be open and operate at their usual times. The customer service centre will be open as normal.
- On 24 December, only some test centres will be open while the customer service centre will reduce its opening times (8am to 4pm).
- On 25 December, all driving test and customer service centres will be closed.
- Between 26-28 December, some driving test centres will be open while the customer service centre will remain closed.
- Between 29-31 December, some driving test centres will be open while the customer service centre will have reduced opening times (8am to 4pm).
- On 1 January, some driving test centres will be open while the customer service centre will be closed.
- On 2 January, some test centres will be open while the customer service centre will be open.
- Between 3-4 December, most test centres will be open while the customer service centre will be closed.
- Opening times return to normal on 5 January.
